1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Voxline Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Voxline Agency provides marketing automation, CRM setup, AI chatbot implementation, and related digital services for businesses. Services are delivered as described in your selected package at time of purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription services are billed on a recurring basis. One-time services are billed upon agreement. All sales are final. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with 30 days notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining their GHL sub-account credentials, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding SMS and email marketing.

5. SMS Communications

By engaging with Voxline Agency services, clients and their customers may receive SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voxline Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, and automation templates created by Voxline Agency remain the intellectual property of Voxline Agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Voxline Agency reserves the right to terminate services for any client who violates these terms or engages in unlawful activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
